Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used in a clinical or patient-testing setting, unless the item is faulty
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
Non-Faulty Returns
For non-faulty returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Exclusions
We reserve the right to refuse a return if:
- the item has been used
- the item is not returned in its original condition
- the return falls outside the stated timeframe
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 working days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider
